Our management fee depends on the specifics of the property and the scope of services, but in most cases it is 25% of the monthly booking revenue. The cleaning fee is not included in this percentage — guests pay for cleaning separately when they make a reservation, and this amount is passed on to the cleaning team.

In most cases we can launch within 1–2 weeks after signing the agreement and preparing the apartment: arranging photography, creating listings, setting up pricing strategies, and configuring guest communication flows.

All booking revenue is paid directly to your bank account by the platforms. At the end of each month MIRO Rooms Rentals issues an invoice for our management services based on the agreed commission, ensuring full transparency of income and costs.

If guests cause damage, MIRO Rooms Rentals handles the entire process: documentation, communication with the platform and guests, and claims under the platform’s guarantees or security deposit. You do not have to negotiate with guests — we manage the case and keep you informed.
