How quickly can my apartment start earning?

In most cases we can launch within 1–2 weeks after signing the agreement and preparing the apartment: arranging photography, creating listings, setting up pricing strategies, and configuring guest communication flows.

How do I receive my rental income?

All booking revenue is paid directly to your bank account by the platforms. At the end of each month MIRO Rooms Rentals issues an invoice for our management services based on the agreed commission, ensuring full transparency of income and costs.

What happens if guests damage something?

If guests cause damage, MIRO Rooms Rentals handles the entire process: documentation, communication with the platform and guests, and claims under the platform’s guarantees or security deposit. You do not have to negotiate with guests — we manage the case and keep you informed.

How is MIRO Rooms Rentals different from a traditional agency?

Traditional agencies focus on long-term rentals and basic brokerage. MIRO Rooms Rentals works as an operator: we optimise prices daily, manage listings across platforms, handle guest communication, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and monitor reviews and occupancy. Our goal is not just to ‘rent out’ the apartment but to treat it as a hospitality product that earns more and stays well-maintained.

We use multiple levers: dynamic pricing, improved photos and listings, multi-platform distribution, minimum-stay and calendar optimisation, and active review management. In practice, this results in fewer empty nights and a higher average nightly rate compared to unmanaged apartments in the same area.
