  • Controller or Operator means the legal entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • Correspondence Data: messages, requests, comments, and any attachments you submit.

We do not collect or process any special categories of personal data (e.g., racial, health, religious, or political information).

We process your personal data for the following purposes on the corresponding legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Data necessary to fulfill service agreements are retained for the duration of the contract and for an additional three (3) years thereafter for accounting, record-keeping, and dispute resolution.
  • Contact form submissions are retained until you withdraw consent or for one (1) year after last interaction.

Upon expiry of these periods, we will either securely delete or irreversibly anonymize your data.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose personal data to third parties only in the following circumstances:

  1. Legal Requirement: where mandated by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  2. Service Providers: our hosting, email, and IT infrastructure partners bound by confidentiality and security agreements.
  3. Your Instruction: when you expressly request transfer of data to third parties.

6. Data Security Measures

We implement appropriate organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including:
